Who are you guys?
Formed by lifelong fans of comic books, Comics4Kids is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to giving comic books to kids to improve literacy, encourage imagination and provide inspiration through the illustrated medium.

How did Comics4Kids start?
Through a lengthy hospital stay made bearable by some Fantastic Four comic books, our co-founder saw that many lives could be touched in a similar way through our efforts. Our other co-founder started giving away comic books at Halloween instead of candy. Both had worked to the top of the comic book field and wanted to give something back to the hobby in a valid and lasting way.

What do you do?
At Comics4Kids we accept, purchase, collect, screen and distribute comic books to schools, hospitals, clubs, and other programs, spreading smiles for miles!

Who is eligible to receive comics?
Everybody! If you know someone who could use some free comics to help them out or cheer them up, let us know!

How can I help?
Send your collection, extras, estate or slow moving stock to us. You can also donate money via check or money order, or even online via PayPal. Please check our Donate page for details on sending comic books or money!

How else can I help?
We appreciate any help we get, not just comic books and money. Please contact us if you would like to help in any capacity. Some ideas for assistance are legal, accounting and advertising. Be sure to let us know if you would like to help in any way we haven't thought of. We can't do it all!

Is my donation tax deductible?
At this time we are not federally recognized as a IRS501 (c) 3 participant. However, many sponsors have used form 8283 satisfactorily. Please check with your accountant for specific guidelines and qualifications. Additionally, when we receive a donation we issue a receipt on our letterhead.
