Getting started is easy. EFO requires no additional company or employee time. If you already have a payroll deduction campaign, the system is already in place, and EFO will simply work with your payroll department to coordinate the details. It should require only an additional slot for payroll deduction. If you do not have an existing payroll deduction program, the process is simple. Your payroll department can set up a system according to the needs and requests of your company. Materials are easily provided by EFO and United Way, or they can be created by your company. Activities and publicity can be arranged to raise the profile of the giving campaign.

Your company can send a check to EFO weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually--whatever works best for your organization.
