Volunteering
EFO's Volunteer Program makes it easy for you to make a difference for Oregon's environment. Whether you'd like to plant a garden in a community center, research statewide land use policy on the Internet, or take inner-city kids on outings in natural areas, EFO's Volunteer Program helps you to find the niche you want as a volunteer.
Volunteer opportunities with EFO and member organizations can be one-time activities, special projects or ongoing commitments that fit your schedule. Whatever your interests or skills, EFO's Volunteer Program can help you make a difference.
Our 32 member groups offer a
variety of volunteer opportunities:
- Trail building and maintenance
- Stream cleanups
- Plant and wildlife field research
- Community outreach and education
- Tree planting
